CYNERGY DATA RANKS 25 ON INC. MAGAZINE'S 2008 INNER CITY 100

New York May 7, 2008 — As a leading payment processing and merchant services company, Cynergy Data ranks 25 on Inc. Magazine's 2008 Inner City 100, an annual listing of the country's fastest growing inner city companies. For making the Inner City list the fifth year in a row, Cynergy Data also received Hall of Fame recognition this week.

The 2008 Inner City 100 winners operate from 58 cities in 31 states. Cynergy Data was among five ranking companies from New York. Now in its tenth anniversary year, the Inner City 100 list provides unmatched original data on the fastest growing inner-city businesses in the United States. For instance, the top 100 inner city businesses have collectively employed nearly 21,500 people and created over 15,000 new jobs over the past five years. Also, inner city companies are incredibly diverse, with a high percentage of minority ownership (33 percent) and minority staff membership (52 percent).
